Spring Has Sprung With Pier 1 Imports!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Pier 1 for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

There were some great Pier 1 Tweetups events that have taken place around the country, and will hopefully continue with some more in new areas, as Pier 1 Imports continue to roll out new designs, campaigns and decorating ideas.  I would love to attend one of these!   Not to worry though, you can visit a Pier 1 near you any time and see all the great ideas for yourself.

Does your outdoor living space look a little drab, outdated?  Don't feel bad, ours does too.  As many of you know, we are in the process of completely redesigning our yard and outdoor spaces, to reflect what the inside of our newly refinished house currently looks like.

With a small decorating budget, I know that I'll be able to score some great items for a fraction of the price by shopping at Pier 1 Imports.  The great news is, outdoor furniture has arrived!  You'll be able to find some really great pieces to completely change the look of your own outdoor space without breaking the bank.  One of my own personal favorites is the newly evolved, arrival of the iconic Papasan chair, which now comes in a double, making for a great night of relaxing with that special someone.

I also love the selection of indoor/outdoor rugs that Pier 1 has.  The thought of adding a great geometrical design rug to the deck instead of that old fake green grass type of outdoor carpeting is exciting.  My only problem is trying to decide which one to get.

Line a walkway with some of Pier 1's mosaic glass garden stakes to create a big "wow"  factor.  I'm planning to line my walkways with some purple accents this year since we are painting the house a deep hunter green.  I think the purple will make for an eye popping effect.

Have you seen the new Spring items at Pier 1 yet?  What are some of your favorites that you'll be implementing in your outdoor space?  Leave a comment with your ideas.
