I made my weekly CVS run the other day, and made out pretty well I think. Here's how it went down:

Colgate Sensitive Pro Relief - $4.99 each
Total Before Taxes: $33.44

$1.00/2 Colgate mfr coupon from 2/10 SS Insert
used 2 - $1.00 ECB's from previous offers
used $5.00 ECB from previous deal
used $10 CVS Cash Card from 3 weeks ago
Total Out of Pocket I spent: $6.24
I also Earned Back in New ECB's:
$3.49 from ThermaCare
$1.00 from the Poise
$5.00 from Neutrogena Deal
$8.00 from Colgate Deal
= A total of $17.49 in NEW ECB's
For a net profit of $11.25
