From now until March 18, 2011, consumers can submit their Mediterranean-inspired recipes and essays about how Crisco Olive Oil inspired them in the kitchen at http://www.getinspiredwithcrisco.com/ . Entries may be submitted in one of three categories: Crisco 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Crisco Pure Olive Oil or Crisco Light Tasting Olive Oil. Recipes must contain at least two tablespoons of Crisco Olive Oil as well as two ingredients commonly used in Mediterranean-style cooking, including: tomatoes, garlic, olives, pasta, yogurt, legumes, fresh herbs, lentils, cheese.
