CVS Gas Rewards ~ All Summer Long!

CVS is rewarding it's customers in a big way this Summer.  FREE Gas!  (I can hear the cheering!)  Beginning May 22nd, ExtraCare customers who reach a $30 Purchase threshold on selected items each week will receive a coupon at the bottom of their receipt good for the purchase of a $10 Gas Card.  You can choose to wait and redeem them for 30 days to build up additional points. 

Each week, participating products will be marked with a Green Gas Sign, and clearly marked in the weekly ad.  There's a limit of 1 redemption per week, so the maximum amount of free gas you can get will be $10 each week, however, that's $10 EVERY week all Summer long through August 28th.  You can read the press release HERE.

Does anyone know if you have to buy all $30 worth in the same week or can I just buy a few things here and there to reach $30 by the end of the promotion?

@Employment Experts, I'm not sure if this carries each week, However I did make a purchase yesterday, and I'll be able to see next week if the rnning total carries forward or not.
