Old Navy Summer Shorts Collection

What's better than shopping?  Shopping with friends, and making a day of it!  That's what we did this past Saturday when I was chosen to host an Old Navy Summer Collection party.  Three friends and myself were each able to pick a pair of shorts, a top, and an accessory.  I think the hardest part for all of us, was choosing just one of each, I seriously could have walked out with an armful of bags.

I stumbled upon this cute little black top, and instantly knew that I would be wearing this the very next day, as I had a baby shower in the morning, a cookout in the afternoon, and the Taylor Swift concert that night.  It was light weight, fun, not too dressy, not too casual, it was perfect for all three events.  Paired with the perfect white shorts, and a nice long multi strand necklace, and I instantly had a great little outfit. 

We must have walked that store a hundred times, trying to decide what outfit we were going to finally decide upon.  The personel at Old Navy were so helpful, asking if we needed a shopping bag to hold all our goodies, and finding the items we were looking for, it was a great shopping day.  I think all my friends had a great time too, seeing as I got the Facebook messages asking when we can do that again!
