Saving Big with CVS Cash Cards!

It's been a while since I have really had to buy items for cleaning, or health and beauty items, because our stockpile has been quite, um, well, stocked!   That was until I recently took a good look at it several days ago.

The list of what I needed has begun to grow.  Shampoo, conditioners, feminine products, dish soap, rinse aid, toilet paper, cleaning products, etc.  The list goes on.

With that said, I saw that CVS had brought back the cash card deals.  It's not really a card, but ExtraCare Bucks that print out on the bottom of your recent with your purchase of $30 on select items.  The best part of this deal is that you can do a maximum of 5 of these each week that it goes on!

Combining this with available coupons and previous ExtraCare Bucks that I earned over the last couple of weeks, I knew this week and next week are going to be rather fruitful!  Here's what I did yesterday.

Okays here's the round up now:

Total of these items before taxes = $78.69

Total After Coupons =  $45.66

Also paid with $33.00 in Previous ECB's

Total After Previously Earned ECB's = $12.66

So I paid just $12.66 out of my pocket before taxes! 

In addition I also earned $25.00 in NEW ECB's!  

$20.00 from the Cash Card deals

$5.00 from the Schick Razor

So in actuality, I netted an additional $12.34
