Preparing for yet Another Storm...
This. Is. Crazy.
I'll be trying to prepare some deals and get them posted for Saturday, as I'm not sure whether or not we'll lose power. They keep uping these snow totals. We're now in the path for 16 - 24 inches over the next couple of days.
If you're in the Northeast, chances are you are preparing as well. Here's a few tips to help you try and get through it all.
♦ Bring your shovels inside and keep near the door. If we're getting as much snow as they are calling for, you're not going to want to go outside to find the shovels.
♦ Make sure you have full tanks of gas for both your vehicle, as well as for your snow blowers, and generators.
♦ Make sure you're stocked up on candles, batteries, games and food. (The only good thing about losing power in a "Snow" storm, is you can actually store some food out in the snow!
♦ Don't forget about your pets! They may be "house bound" and begin to get stir crazy. Make sure you've got some bones for them to keep them busy!
♦ Back your vehicles in, in the driveway. It's much easier to get out of the driveway going forward then it is in reverse.
♦ Don't forget the salt for your walkways!
♦ Make sure to bring in your automoblie scrapers. Again, it's much easier not having to open your vehicle up to get to your scraper!
