1800PetMeds is More Than Pet meds!
Those that know me, know I have these two guys...
and this guy....
They are all bigger than your average dogs and cats.... Otter, the biggest, weighing in at just over 200 pounds, then there's Flounder weighing in at 180 pounds, and finally Lucca the cat, coming in at just about 16 pounds.
Yes we do big in our house.
I love when big companies use their resources to help communities across the US and
when 1800PetMeds approached me to work with them, I did a little research, and then jumped at the chance!
What I wasn't aware of, was the amount of donations that 1800PetMeds make on a monthly basis. They are so much more than just pet medications. Toys, food, dishes, grooming tools, and that's just the tip of the iceberg, and in every order, they place a treat for your four legged loved one, a nice big dog cookie, or a bag of catnip!
All returned items (except prescribed medications), products opened for photography, scratch-n- dent, overstock items, samples from other companies, and discontinued items, go into their donations stock room. Did you read that.... Donations Stock Room!
Items, like beds, ramps, gates, steps, crates, cages, collars, combs, shampoos, treats, toys, and
non-prescription flea and tick preventatives like Frontline, Advantix, Flea4x, are sent to rescues and shelters all over the United States. With an estimated 6 to 8 million animals entering shelters across the US annually, the items that 1800PetMeds donates, is a huge help to these shelters.

So when you place an order with 1800Petmeds, you're helping to provide more help.
My boys couldn't wait for me to open the box when it arrived just a few days after I place an order.
I had to keep taking away they toys just so I could snap a quick photo before they began playing with them.
oh and those dog treats they place inside every order? Well if they have chipped or broken ones, those get donated too! At the end of each month they have around 20 to 30 thirty pound boxes of treats that are donated to shelters, and police training locations.
