One Click will Help Feed Shelter Animals
I am a big advocate for shelter animals. Whenever someone starts talking about "they're thinking of going to the pet store to buy a dog". I always have to put my two cents in.
At minimum, 95% of all dogs in pet stores are from puppy mills. These mills are only sub-standard breeding farms where the life of these breeding dogs are far from adequate. Many puppies are disease prone, suffer from many different health issues, and chronic conditions that often costs thousands of dollars of veterinary care. When the adult breeding dogs become "non-profitable" for the owners of these mills, most are killed. They are taken out of their small, wire floored cage, and shot.
I tell everyone that I talk to to go an check out the local shelters, many dogs that are in the local shelters are, believe it or not, purebreds. There are also many all breed rescue organizations throughout the US, and Canada. If you still want to buy a puppy, don't buy them from a pet store, do your homework, and buy from a reputable breeder.
Right now, through The Animal Rescue Site, you can help feed shelter animals, with just one simple click. That's right, one click. What is easier than that? Simply click here, and click on the purple button, You can do this each day, to help feed these animals.
