YoPlus Giveaway!
Have you tried the three new flavors from Yoplus yet? I was given the opportunity to try some of these new flavors the other day, when I was contacted by My Blog Spark Strawberry-Banana, Key Lime Pie, and Honey Vanilla. Again, I bought all three, and let my girls try the flavors along with me. It's funny how we all pick different favorites. I always try to exercise in the morning, so I won't get to busy & not get it done.
I work out with my mom at Curves. it's hard to fit in, but i try to go when DD is in school an DS is in preschool. It's a small window, but I can make it!
Love my treadmill...works in any weather !!!

When I need a break at work, I stand up and instead of jog in place for about 15 minutes :)
I like to take walks outside when the weather is warm. The winter I walk on the treadmill.
i like to take my baby for a walk. She enjoys being outside and it gives me a chance to get some excersise in!

I figure chasing and carrying my children all day counts for exercise!
I fit exercising into my schedule by parking in the lower lot so I have to walk up the stairs to the upper lot and building. I do not use the page feature on my phone, I walk to each person's office to let them know they have a call, and I work out with a Wii Active that my husband got me. This allows me to work out at home when I have a spare half an hour or hour. :) Thank you for the great giveaway.

I head to the gym at 5:55am every morning with a gym buddy. I'm always too tired after work, so going before the day works best. Plus, the gym is empty and my buddy keeps me accountable for going.

I workout first thing in the morning!
The neighborhood ladies meet each night and walk 3 miles. We have enjoyed getting to know one another and someone is always out there waiting for you - which helps with the accountability!

My church has a workout facility and every morning/5 days a week for one hour. I join my sisters' in christ for walking and working out. It's very fun and rewarding at the same time.
