I know, you may be thinking that it's a bit early to be thinking about Christmas, but Toys R Us, has a new program, called The Christmas Savers Club.  This is a great idea, that will even earn you a little extra spending cash during the Holiday Season.   Here's how it works:

The Toys"R"Us Christmas Savers Club provides guests with a unique way to start saving for the holiday shopping season. Shoppers who join the program receive a Christmas Savers Club Card that they can add money to. On October 16, 2010, the card will be locked and a 3% bonus on the funds they've saved will be automatically added to the card - up to a $75 value. On October 31, 2010, the card will be activated and guests can begin to use their funds to make holiday purchases.

There is no fee associated with joining the program. You can get started with as little as $1 on your card!

Conveniently, you can use your Christmas Savers Club Card at all Toys"R"Us, Toys"R"Us Express and Babies"R"Us locations across the country, including Puerto Rico. Additionally, your card can be used online at Toysrus.com and Babiesrus.com. Just enter your 16-digit Christmas Savers Club Card number (and 4-digit PIN number) in the Gift Card section of either the "Payment" or "Review Your Order" page. If the amount of your Christmas Savers Club Card doesn't cover your order total, you will be prompted to select an additional payment method.
