Where Did You Get That?

Since I began posting the different rooms in our house being completed, I have been receiving emails asking where I was able to get certain items. One of the most asked about features in our home has been the wall murals on the girls bedroom walls. Our girls have wanted wall murals for as long as I could remember, and being that every room in the house was being repainted, re finished, and re furnished, we figured this would be the perfect time to be able to do this for them. I'll admit, I was a little intimidated. I have never been good with wallpaper, but I figured, we would attempt this.





Wall murals come in panels. Ours both came in 8, manageable size panels. We laid them out on the floor, and made a choice as to which side we would want to cut, as they were slightly larger than the walls. We pasted the back, one at a time, and applied them to the wall, just lining them up, one by one. In less than 4 hours we had both rooms completely done. Wiping each one after it was up, to remove any excess paste was probably the most time consuming. Much easier than I thought it was going to be.
