Building a stockpile can be frustrating for someone who is new to it.  It doesn't have to be though!  Just follow a few guidelines to building your stockpile.  Remember the whole goal to building a stockpile, is to pay as little as possible for the items you are purchasing.  You first need to decide what items your family goes through the most, and you don't want to stockpile an item that has a near expiration date.  There are quite a few great stockpile picks for the week.  So here we go:
