1. Entering the contest and Eligibility:
No purchase necessary. Snikiddy survey entries will begin on 3/9/2011 and close on 3/29/2011. All U.S. Residents over the age of eighteen (18) are eligible to enter. To enter: complete the survey on Snikiddy.com. All required questions must be answered and accurate contact information provided. Only one entry accepted per person.


2. Submission of Text or other Content for Survey:
By submitting any text or other information to Snikiddy for entry into the survey, you hereby grant to Snikiddy an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of the submitted text or other information in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world and for any purpose.


3. Prize:
The value of the prizes awarded to each winner is ($100). The prize for this contest is a $100 American Express gift card.


4. Choosing and Contacting Winners:
Three (3) winners will be chosen at random. Winners will be chosen on 3/29/2011. Winners will be announced on (3/29/2011) via post on website and email notification to winners. After announcement is made all winners will be contacted by the company that selected that specific winner via email or message. The winner has seven (7) days to respond back to Snikiddy regarding their prize. The prize will be mailed to the address provided by the winner within fourteen (14) days of the winner’s response. If winner does not respond to Snikiddy within the allotted seven (7) days the winner forfeits their prize and a new individual will be chosen as the winner.


5. General:
Neither Snikiddy nor employees of Snikiddy or sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the product by winner. Snikiddy is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest promoted by Snikiddy. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Snikiddy may substitute a prize of like or equal value. Snikiddy reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify this contest or any portion of this contest, or extend the deadline of this contest, at any time without prior notice. By entering the contest you agree to be bound by all contest rules and decisions made by the judges.
