Jif's Most Creatives Peanut Butter Sandwich Contest

Through October 22 children ages 6-12 can enter their recipes for the chance to win a $25,000 scholarship fund
 through the Jif Most Creative Peanut Butter Sandwich Contest. 

Parents need only a jar of Jif peanut butter to help their kids get a jump start on the new school year and develop the ultimate recipe for success. As families, you can foster creativity in your children and begin saving money for college by entering at http://www.jif.com/. One grand prize winner will be selected at a live judging event in New York City and earn a $25,000 scholarship fund, and four runners up will each receive $2,500 scholarship funds.

Sandwiches will be judged on the following criteria: creativity, taste, appearance, nutritional balance and ease of preparation.

My husband and girls are big peanut butter lovers, and we are constantly thinking of new ways to use peanut butter.  My Favorite... Putting a thin layer of Jif peanut butter on just off the griddle pancakes!  Add a little syrup, Mmmm.  This just might be our first meal in the new kitchen next week!
