Did You Hear?

Do you remember when JC Penney stopped having sales, and stopped producing coupons?  Instead they went for the whole, "Every day low prices"? 

I know that I stopped shopping there, because the prices weren't as low as I think they should have been.  

Well it seems that there sales went way below what they anticipated, so they're bringing sales back through multiple times a year.  Not sure yet whether or not they will be bringing back the coupons though.  

A spokesperson was quoted as saying, "We will have a targeted sale in a certain category, when it means the most to our customer." 

Did you stop shopping at JC Penney when they did away with sales and coupons?
