The Hubby...

Today didn't start of too well, I woke to rain and drizzle, which doesn't make a good yard work day. So I had hit Walgreen's and CVS for the last minute deals that you can see from my posts below. The good news is, the skies cleared up, and we were able to get quite a bit done in the front yard. My wonderful husband helped, and cut down the over grown bush/tree thing I wanted gone. Now we have some room, and an area to plant the things I want. I did not faint when my husband mowed the front lawn, or began cutting down the tree. (I did, however grab the camera, so I could remember that he really does do yard work!) It was quite nice.



Made a Fondue dinner, which was fun, we all cooked, then played a game of Dark Tower. Do you remember this game? Not many people do, as it as only out for like two years back in the early 80's, then finished off the night with a couple games of cribbage with the girls. Yep, I am really hoping that he will stay on this new shift, and by the smiles on these faces, I think they like daddy's new shift too!
