Has Anyone Else Had Issues With Swagbucks?


I'm wondering if anyone else had ever had issues with Swagbucks when it comes to trying to change your email address that you have on file with them?  Seems I have now written the company more than a half dozen times and still have not been able to resolve the issue.  Now it's to the point, where I am not even getting a response from them!

I know that when you change your email address on the Swagbucks website, they send an automatic email to both your old, and your new email address.  Now my question is, what happens when you no longer have access to your old email address?  I have been unable to successfully change my email with them.  Now I'm getting a little upset, as I don't want to lose all my Swagbucks that I have accrued? 

What's a person to do?  Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

I've never tried to change my email with them, but I have had a problem when I use their "Shop & Earn" site, I've used it on two occasions for different stores/online purchases and no swagbucks :-(

I've e-mailed swagbucks using their form and hopefully will hear something back. So to be continued, I guess...

Is there a phone number to call rather than writing? This way, you can talk to someone in person.

I tried to cash out some points 2 weeks ago for Amazon gift cards and the email verifications haven't been sent to my email. I've tried to resend them and nothing. It's frustrating because I was counting on the gift cards to pay for my textbooks. =( Hope the issue is resolved for you soon.
